Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bgwin platform. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and bgwin.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the bgwin support team immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
bgwin may request identity verification documents at any time. Refusing to provide a national identity card, passport or other government-issued ID may result in account suspension and withdrawal being withheld.
Financial Transactions and Payment Policy
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer can be used to deposit funds into bgwin. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).
- Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
- Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activities.
- Any applicable network charges on a transaction are the responsibility of the paying party.
- You must use your own account when depositing funds — deposits through third parties are prohibited.
The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 1 hour.

- Any active bonus may need to be cancelled before a withdrawal request can be made.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bgwin offers new members a welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Accepting this bonus will be subject to the following terms:
- Bonus wagering requirement: 25 times (25x) — meaning the total of the deposit plus bonus must be wagered 25 times.
- After accepting the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time.
- Certain games do not contribute to bonus wagering or contribute only partially.
- There may be a maximum bet limit when using bonus funds.
- Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
- bgwin reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
5.1 Other Promotions
bgwin may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the description of that offer. As a general rule, a member may not use more than one bonus offer at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
The bgwin VIP Program has 5 levels, and a weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Progress through VIP levels depends on the player's activity and participation. Cashback benefits are subject to regular review and bgwin reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities
bgwin is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bots, scripts or automated tools.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities without reporting them.
- Abusing bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassing other users or using abusive language.
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in the account being immediately and permanently closed, all funds may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
7.1 Technical Errors
If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, bgwin reserves the right to void that game's result and refund the bet. bgwin also reserves the right to recover any funds incorrectly credited due to an error.
bgwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
- Suspicious financial activity or suspected fraud.
- Use of the account by a minor.
- Extended inactivity.
In the event of account suspension, bgwin will notify the member in advance wherever possible. However, action may be taken without prior notice in urgent circumstances.
Limitation of Liability and Privacy

- Any loss caused by internet connection disruption.
- Errors in third-party software or payment gateways.
- Unexpected technical issues or disruption during maintenance.
- Problems with the user's own device or network.
